To continue the cancellation, select Cancel My Benefits. Go to Step 5 in these instructions. To receive a reminder three days prior to your plan’s automatic renewal so you can cancel at renewal instead, select Remind Me Later. To stop the cancellation process completely, select Keep My Benefits.
