How to cancel HBO Max on the website
If you’ve signed up for HBO Max via the browser using your card details, then cancelling is pretty simple. Here’s the steps you need to take:
Sign in to HBO Max in your browserClick on your profile in the top right-hand cornerGo to ‘Billing Information’, then ‘Manage Subscription’Follow the steps to cancel your account
If you’re on a seven-day free trial, you’ll still get your full weeks worth of HBO Max, even if you cancel as soon as you sign up. If you’ve already paid for your month, then you’ll still have access until when your next billing day would have been.
This method should cover most people who need to cancel, but there are a few exceptions depending on how you pay for your account.
How to cancel HBO Max on the app
