How to Cancel Microsoft 365
Here’s how to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription or free trial:
Navigate to Microsoft365. com and select the sign-in icon in the upper-right corner. Sign in to your Microsoft account. Select My Account. Select Services & Subscriptions from the top menu bar. Next to Microsoft 365, select Manage. Select Cancel Subscription in the right column. Select Turn off recurring billing on the next screen to confirm. A confirmation screen displays and indicates that you turned off recurring billing for the Microsoft 365 subscription. You retain access to Microsoft 365 until your next renewal date. After that, you aren’t charged, but you lose access to the service.
